How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. During busy weeks, it may take a little longer—thank you for your patience.
Do you require a deposit to apply?
No. You can apply without a deposit. If you’re approved and ready to reserve, we’ll share the deposit details and next steps.
Can we request a specific puppy?
Yes—if a puppy is available, include the puppy’s name from the Available Puppies page. We’ll confirm fit and availability during follow-up.
What if we’re not ready yet?
That’s okay. Apply when you’re within a reasonable timeframe, and we can discuss upcoming litters and timing that works for your family.
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup is preferred. Depending on location and schedule, we may be able to coordinate meet-up options—ask in your message.
What should we prepare before bringing a puppy home?
We recommend a crate, puppy-safe chew toys, grooming supplies, and a plan for potty training and supervision during the first few weeks.
